  I like that it's spacious. We weren't cramped in a hotel room. It also has a full kitchen,so we could cook and save money. It's close to the Grand place; about a 10 minutes walk. Elisabeth was welcoming. She helped us with our luggage. She had some food items such as milk,bread, coffee,juice,olive oil etc to get us started.   Honestly I loved absolutely everything about my stay at Pullman Brussels Midi. The room, the breakfast, the ambiance (exquisite interior decoration and design), the hotel in its totality. Very friendly, professi - Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future

The eco-friendly character of the hotel is an added value in itself. It was my first stay and I was very positive surprised by the fact that one hour free use of internet is included in the room rate and I could also print my boarding pass for free. I will try to book this hotel in the future.
