The security tag for entering the building was great as a solo female traveller. The layout of the room was really practical. The facilities were all good and the supply of kitchen items was just great for my business trip needs. Being across the road from a 7-11 was very handy and having such good access to public transport was very helpful. great location and facilities and ideal for what we required being a bunch of 10 'mature' blokes in town for the Lions rugby game against Australia, only had to speak to one member of staff very briefly so can't comment other than 'fair'.

Fantastic place to stay, close to all the city has to offer and very good value for money. Will stay again. The staff were very laid back a d friendly! Late check in wasn't an issue, great place to stay!. Friendly reception guy cleaning staff caught up with me to return the stuff I left in the room. nice and convenient to stay, close to city, easy access and neat, clean and tidy. the cooking facilities and the big refrigerator. car parking availability. Good value for money, had own kitchen and washing machine, pool and gym. Loved the accommodation, secure parking, friendly staff and location. The reception guy was very freindly and coperative. - central location close to the train station. Easy after hours check in. Comfortable bed. Location, Late arrival service,. Not much. The room (not apartment as advertised) was large. Nothing. No flyscreens on the windows meant using the airconditioner the whole time rather than being able to open the window without things flying in! The paintwork in the bathroom really needed some work - especially the ceiling above the shower. no reception after hours and having to exit car on street to book in and process, then no safe drop box for keys in the morning. Blinds were tatty, a couple of tiles were missing. OK for the price, but don't book if you want something that feels new. Bit of up hill walking. hot plates did not work, dripping tap in bathroom. Noisy lifts throughout the night. Terrible rooms. Smell. Also decor is very old and run down. Creepy feeling. Not worth being on letsbookhotel.com.The carpet needs replacing. No one available for advice or help!!! Dirty stained carpet.Could'nt locate the gym inspite of looking!!!. The parking wasn't very organised. Wel the pic's lie....the rooms r not like the pic's show......the rooms r old an worn out.....i wont say there again...... The Gym equipment needs renewing and fixing and the true measurements of the small pool need to be advertised. The rooms are only cleaned once a week, so if you stay there for only a few days your room is not going to get a makeover. The was also a bizarre sign in the room stating that I had to wash all my dishes and dispose of any rubbish prior to checking out, otherwise I would be charged an extra cleaning fee of $70. I complied with this but it did make me think what makes the people who run the place think that they can get away with this nonsense and I don't think I would stay there again. Unmet expectations. The gallery on the accommodations website was nothing like the actual room/ facilities. The pictures show renovated, modern accommodation, but in reality our room was not renovated and was not modern. The interior resembled a room I would expect in a Motor Inn. room rate is very high ,. You could hear every little noise walls were paper thing. Would pay a little bit extra to be more comfortable. mix up with keys on arrival. Sent to wrong room :( Other person staying not too happy with us. Traffic noise terrible. Parking facilities were unclear and troublesome Bed did not stay in place Towel rack broke upon hanging up 1 towel Instructions on how to check in and out along with parking information should've been given upon confirmation of booking No DVD player. I have not received a receipt of payment 2 weeks after checking out. I will not stay again, this has been a pain in terms of claiming company expenses. No light block out curtains. Lots of street noise. No natural air, windows don't open. Shower tiles dirty and need replacing. No towel rack in bathroom that worked. Furniture needs updating Fixtures falling off in bathroom and lounge. Room wasn't serviced in 6 days. Needs new ironing board cover. Cushions need replacing. the first room we were given was atrociuos. The walls were dirty and the carpet dirty had burn marks on it and it had holes in it around the edges. I booked an aprtment with laundry facilites. The first one did have a machine but the second room which was better did not. We were not compensated in any way. could have free wifi for all rooms - seems to be more common than not these days. - breakfast was in a box, i asked for a credit - mold in the washroom - funny smell in the apartment, likely from the old carpet. -kitchen appliances have seen better days. Office hours are limited, if you arrive late and have to leave early, you need to make some arrangement. Didn't know parking was $10 extra. Our room was near the service lift and this was noisy. Smell of the room. Poor quality blinds, road noise. Lack of servicing for the room 1a week if your lucky scruffy room. The floor was dirty. The room was dated and in severe need of decoration. The carpets were dirty and had iron burn marks. The view was poor, and facilities in the room lacking. There was an ISDN line, but no wifi. How do you plug an IPAD in to an ISDN line!? The pool is always in the shade! Overall, not value for money, dated and dingy. I would not stay here again. access to keys Parking Staff Old furniture mould in bathroom cieling. Reception open only working hours. No service for room clean up and towel change.
