  3 day, 2 nights, November 2013. Excellent staff, very helpful, travelling with an elderly person and received lots of assistance. Food very good, scenery amazing. day one we had the choice of kayaking or being rowed by local fishermen which suited our group having elderly person with us. We didn't participate in the swimming, water not inviting,... vad folk säger » might be the time of year, green, not sure if its ever clear. Two night trip integrated with one day trips, no problems, seamlessly managed. Those on - We had a great trip through Ha Long bay with Glory Cruise. Cabins are well equipped, food was really great and they take care that you will enjoy it as much as possible. The guide girl called "Moon" was simply fantastic with explaining everything you see and beeing so friendly. I recommend to stay 3 days, because you will see much more and you are able to deeply breathe the spirit of this wonderful bay area.

  My trip is never be better than that. I emailed them to register transfer by bus Hanoi - Halong bay and got picked up on time. Halong bay is wonderful with excellent service from Galaxy cruise. Many thanks to Hiev to give me excellent assistance.

  Galaxy Premium runs an excellent cruise with great accommodations and generally wonderful food for Lunch and dinner on Galaxy Premium Cruise. Boat is quite new and fantastic. They serve a mountain of the food during 2 days 1 night tour. Most of food is seafood and Vietnamese. Tour guide made my trip became excellent. Thank you

  I enjoyed my one day stay at the hotel very much. Spacious room and toilet in the bathroom has a hose, Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Vey Helpful Bell captain. Good location, near the local Market across the bridge. Nice view (part bridge and part beach) from my room 1004. Quick house keeping service.   Enjoyed everything about the cruise. The transfer to and from Halong Bay from Hanoi. The cruise was fantastic and staff second to none. The day trip to the island where we cycled - We were on a two day cruise but due to weather it was cancelled on the first night. It was all very well organised we were booked into the Novatel and then second night upgraded to the luxury cruise ship for all the disappointment as it was our first wedding anniversary...   Very clean and quite spacious. The outdoor infinite pool is huge. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Spa is average but environment is nice and the price is quite cheap. The hotel is about 15 min walk to the jetty but normally you join tour and they will pick you up at the hotel.
