Friendliness of staff, good food including choice of menu, good selection of real ales and excellent house wine together with comfortable room in a very quiet location.Old-world charm. The friendly and homely atmosphere. friendly staff. I thought the food was overpriced for what it was. My partner had an omlette and it was very thin.
