  3 min. walk from main bus station. Best possible staff - found to be very proffesional, useful and halping. Hotel is new, clean and withing a walking distance from 7/11 :-). - Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.

  Personalen är gudomligt trevlliga ,alltid !! - Fina rum, härlig pool. Gymet och tennisbanorna som skulle finnas låg långt ifrån hotellet och var därför svårutnyttjade. Det fanns få matställen i området så det blev till att äta dyrt på hotellet. Maten var dock god.

  Cool hotel, very new (just 1 year), unfortunately we arrived very late and just slept at the hotel, did not have the chance to use it at all, but it seemed to good for short stays. - Clean, laundry, air-conditioning, new hostel, motorbike renting, near to sushi restaurant, supermarket, ATM, coffee and drinks as well.

  Great location to discover the town and it's sino-portugese architecture in particular. Knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful and polite. Nice little café in the hotel and outdoor pool. Good connection from the airport - safe driver, modern car. Very clean. Comfy bed. I needed to arrange for a ferry out the next morning & mentioned it to them in an email & when I arrived they had it all arranged for me. Also I arrived early in the day - they held my bag for me till my room was ready and gave me a map and a quick run down on what there was to see & do in the area.

  So my first stay in Phuket was at this hotel, which I decided to go for 3 nights to allow enough time to see the local area and take trips to Phuket town. The first aspect I'd like to credit are the AMAZING staff, which they spoke very good english and were very helpful in letting me get a better idea of the area but also are generally very nice p... vad folk säger » eople to talk to. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from 2 massive shopping malls (Lotus and Central festival) which host regular events for l - The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.

  We really liked the character and style of accomadation. There has been a recent renovation and this was visabe. We stayed in te royal phuket a year ago for slightly less however memory on on was much better. The location allowed us to walk to the Sunday market and the reception arranged our ferry to Koh Lanta. We are not big lovers of phuket town... vad folk säger » and this stop was only for one night and a good base to transfer early next day. The breakfast was welcomed and service was good. - The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was incredible, it made me feel like I was in a b & b in Europe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in booking buses etc. The location was ideal right in the middle of the old town! Overall, I believe this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

  It was one of my best trip/vacation so far. Hotel is located almost in a single island, peaceful and quite, perfect for relaxing. Beach was ok, the endless pools are beautiful, but consider we booked the pool access room, public pools doesn't mean much for us. Highly suggested pool access room! As soon as you feel too much heat, step back to room, and is chill ag - We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. The resort are accerate what you see in the wesite. Everythings in our rooms is perfect. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

  Very friendly and helpful staff; pick-up service from the airport in a comfortable car with a very nice driver (at a reasonable extra cost); nice and clean room; best breakfast we had in Thailand (with REAL coffee! Usually, you are served instant coffe in hotels in Thailand), which was served at the uppermost floor with roof terrace; good location... vad folk säger » = close to the old centre of Phuket Town. - Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

  Very relaxing place with nice swimming pool in the middle of the town. Room we had was cousy and Friendly. Unfortunatelly we stay only one night and we had to depart to airport early. Excellent value for money. - The staff is friendly and amiable. Rooms were surprisingly well furnished and the swimming pool is the highlight of the resort.
