  Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry - Everything (rooms, services, restaurants, staff, spa)

  Our stay at Fina Can Toni was so relaxing and welcoming. The place smelt lovely in every room you entered. It was lovely and clean and very laid back. The staff could have done enough for us, and we were greeted with a complimentary glass of champaign for my partners birthday. We highly recommend this beautiful place for all ages and for a relaxin... vad folk säger » g stay in Ibiza. The location was perfect, just a stones throw away from the airport although you wouldn't think it, and up the road from Evissa town. - The staff were unbelievably friendly. We were greeted with a cold beer on our arrival and it kept on getting better every day. Exactly what we needed in terms of switching off and needing to relax. Even with amazing beaches down the road, we decided to stay at the villa all day on a couple of occasions which shows how well looked after we were. Food was great every time we ate. Especially the BBQ which you should definitely try.

  Lovely, friendly family run business. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and calming. Room with four poster bed, and extremely clean. Nice breakfast with option of freshly cooked omellettes if wanted.   The staff is very friendly and you really have the feeling that they are there to take care of you. The hotel is a very good and the rooms are great. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.
