The staff is most kind and helpful, speakes English and some other languages (e.g. Polish), you could contact them by phone or e-mail (free Wi-Fi) so the help is "one call away".   BcnStop is a centrally located decent compact accomodation probably less than 10 minutes walk down to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The neighbourhood is rather safe and pleasant. That said, one should never let their guard down wherever they are and however safe the area seems. Just round the corner, one can find plenty of good eateries at Avenid... vad folk säger » a (Avenguda) de Gaudi. To be honest in the apartment we were in I could not logon to the WiFi connection. Wasn't bothered about it. Ok maybe some more - perfectly located cheap hotel with underground garage in the centre of Barcelona and only 700? meters from sagrada Familia, lot´s of shops, restaurants and bars next to the hotel.

  We stayed after beong at Benicassim festival so were very tired ! We were helped find the place by phone and were greated in a lovely way . The apartment was everything we wanted and in a great location had everything we needed and was near some lovely restaurants.

  Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. - Great place!   The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions. The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat. He also suggest - Very friendly staff and very good value for money. Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom. It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town. Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day

  Karl var mycket serviceinriktad samt trevlig. Man kände sig välkommen! Nice rooms, good staff(Karl) and we loved our terrass. - Nice atmosphere, a perfect place to come with family very economical.   Welcome and facilities were great.We were able to park the car, for a fee, in the underground car park. Free wi fi was great for the children and we were able to book tickets in advance for trips. Location could not have been better, able to walk to many sight seeing locations and right on the edge of all the posh shops.
