  The facilities in the room like 5 stars hotel. The shower and bathtub in the bathroom are so impressive. All staff are very friendly. The room service staff who is wearing badge number 17 also very nice spoken to me. The Fine Dining Restaurant also has excellent menu especially Western food. The price of the room is very affordable. The television also had many channels and the reception for all the channels was clear. The breakfast was also ala-carte so this saved us from eating too much. There was also a sofa that could be turned into a flat mattress. The hotel is also located near some halal restaurants but you do have to use a car to reach all these places.

  Upon my arrival a welcome drink was served and I was attended with very friendly staffs. Along the way I was tour around on a buggy before reaching my Villa. The interior of the villa was welly designed and decorated. The amenities provided was well planned. The most impressed me is the welcome card with a complimentary fruit on the desk. The whole - All things were wounderful (friendly staffs, cozy welcoming / farewell, hotel facilities, warm pool & breakfast espicialy the baked loofs. water villa ambiance & facilities were the fantastic ever (pool, jacuzzi, classic music via the home theatre, comfortable bed). Dont miss to drink the real natural water that offered by the hotel in your room in the oriental Ipoh's pot. This hotel is highly highly recimmended for honeymoonersand whi ever needs to get relax far away from traffic life.

I had water leaking infront of the toilet and as soon as I informed the Manager on Duty, this problem was immediately attended to and within fifteen minutes the problem resolved. Fantastic. The hotel also provided me with the type of room that I requested.   Ritz-Garden new apartment wing is really nice! Have swimming pool, sauna, steam room,gym, etc breakfast also not bad, recommend to group friends or family to stay here. =) - the staff is very helpful and attentive, from the reception to dave, the front line staff. i like the location. enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast and lunch.

  I stayed here when I had a sportive event which was held nearby. Here are a few positive things I would like to share:- 1) Staff - The moment you step in the staff are extremely helpful 2) Bike Storage :- They have a huge secure carpark to store your bikes which I love 3) Food Map :- ask for food map ! Rooms are clean and perfectly adequate. Parking facilities available. 7-11 right next door and Pusing Seafood Restaurant just behind the hotel. Breakfast at the cafe was surprisingly nice. Didn't expect such a quaint cafe in a hotel like this. Ladies at the reception were very helpful in giving out directions to places of visit.

  The pictures are true representations of the actual place, but some might have difficulties in finding the place. It is not a building by itself, but the corner part of a shop lot. Best landmark to know you are at the right place would be either Lucky Hotel, Jalan CM Yusoff, or most accurate, it is at the shop lot across Kim Bali. We've got the Olive Room, which is facing the back of the shop lot that might be a bit quieter - Convenient location about 8-10mins walk to coach pick up/drop off area along Jalan Bendahara (Sri Maju, Grassland, Super Nice, Five Star Tours coach). 10-20mins walk to most popular eateries (Lou Wong - 10mins walk, Ming Court and Tong Shui Gai - 15 to 20mins walk). Apartment was clean and large (corner unit), with comfortable bed.

  The rooms I booked were spacious which include a lounge or day bed which an extra pax can sleep without requesting for additional bed. Night spa was great with different temperature pools. I enjoyed the place with both my family and friends.   We love the layout of the deluxe suite as it is just the right size for a family with children as well as parents (senior citizen). The room is child friendly and handicap friendly.   All the staffs I met from the time I checked in to checked out, all of them extended attentive, friendly , speedy and provided the services to us as a client needed. I am particularly impressed with the security service. I did not noticed his name tag as I was very busy carrying my mum from the wheel chair into the taxi. The taxi driver refused to send me and my mum to the destination because of her wheel chair could not fit into th - Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money.
