  What's not to like?? Right from Day One, my husband and I were treated better than our expectations. With warm and friendly smiles from all the staff at all times, they were always willing to help us to the best of their abilities and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Ideally situated right on Kovalam Beach, we were a stone's throw away from enjoying sunsets on the famous Hawa B - I love the staff, so kind and quite funny once you get to know them. Were talkative people and like to crack a joke and we found that there we could be ourselves and the staff just thought we were funny. Cleaning staff super helpful and kind, even helped us put on our saris. Wait/restaurant staff are perfect, helpful with the area and well mannered.

  "its A paradise" first of all the place is so beautiful ,amazing scenery.. its A place to be if you want to be in A paradise ..nice private beach ..very silent and calm environment ..I stayed in garden view cottage room 516 ,the room was good & neat.. sea view cottage is the best .,its worth the money that U pay . I will come back again

  The rooms were clean and comfortable. They changed the linen daily if I asked. The food was good, but the restaurant service was slow. The treatment was very good, and the therapists were very attentive and caring. The location was good close to the beaches. This is a small resort, and it's easy to get to know everyone there. The beach was nice for sunbathing, but the waters were rough. - Great location - far from crowded places as Kovalam. Great stuff - warm and helpful.

  From the second we arrived we felt completely welcome and were greeted with a delicious welcome coconut drink. Throughout our stay the staff were absolutely delightful.   The pool and my room were both wonderful and the location is first class gardens so well kept....   We liked everything about this hotel. We spent 6 lovely days at this hotel. The food was very nice, especially the grilled tiger prawns. The staff was very supportive. The guys at the reception were very friendly and immensely helpful. It was raining one day and we were swimming in the sea, and the guy from the reception upon getting some informat... vad folk säger » ion about the cars we had booked came running to the beach to notify us. He didn't think of wetting his white shirt in the rain - all he wanted was to - Excellent hotel. Was a bit worried at first as you go to India with the impression that facilities might be a bit rough around the edges, but honestly no complaints - good rooms and staff, great views, good size pool. Also being within walking distance of the busy Lighthouse Beach area but having access to a (pretty much) private beach is a HUGE plus.

  Great service, use of lovely pool at Turtle Resort and smaller pool at Tom's. Easy walk to beach but free shuttle provided. Best restaurant we have visited in India! Great ocean views from rooms!
