The hotel is situated close to the center ot the Van Chai, (however, you
need to climb uphill to get there and hotel is hard to find). There is a
market close to the hotel. Also metro station is 5 minutes of walk from
the hotel. Rooms are more spacious in comparison to other hotels in Hong
Kong (booked at the same price). There is a kitchen with a kitchen
stove, washing machine, big fridge and two conditioners in the room.

Clean rooms, wooden floors, kitchen, utensils and tableware, 2 air

Close to Wanchai metro station (just 5 min walk).
Big size comparing to standard HK hotel rooms (but not that big as $500+/night hotels).
Very easy to catch taxi to reach Airport express station, which will take just 4-5 mins in the morning and only 30-35 HK.

The Location is great, I love to walk and could make the Metro, the Expo centre, Time Square and the Central in under 15 minutes, Good restaurants and pubs within 5 minutes walk and the local markets are at the bottom of the road.
good room size per HK standard. location is excellent however getting here on arrival can be challenging. Suggest provide the hotel name and full address in Mandarin. This is easier for local Taxi driver.
Very nice apartment in the center of Hong Kong at very decent rate. The apartment is quite big for Hong Kong and reception was very friendly. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very good view onto the city.

The apartment is about 10mins walk from the Wanchai MTR station. The room is spacious in HK standard. It has a kitchenette with cooking utensils provided and a washing machine/dryer. Overall good value for money.
The customer service was really good- especially Ruby at the front desk.

Sometimes you need to wait for the room being prepared because the hotel
is loyal to those guests who departure beyond the check-out time.
However the advantages outweigh this inconvenience.
It takes 5 minutes by feet from metro, but last 50 meters were very
hard, because we had 3 suitcases and road decline on this last step is
almost 40-45 degress. If on taxi or w/o luggage, no problem.
Though there was a Wifi-router, internet worked only on half of the apartment. This is strange, because apartment is big for HK hotels, but of course far from regular apartment sizes of anywhere else.
The price was a little high for this style of room, I am away from home over 40 nights a year and prefer apartments to hotels and believe a fair price for these rooms would US$150-US$200.
Daily housekeeping was there however the cleanliness can be better in comparison to 4/5 star rated accommodation.
Not such easy to find, though not very hard either. A sign from queens road would be helpful.

Access from the main road is via an extremely steep hill which is a little troublesome for a senior. Also taxis do not readily come to the hotel, but the staff are helpful in bringing one to the door.
The apartment is located on a rather steep slope along a narrow lane. The taxi driver was actually not sure if he could drive up the lane. We also had to carry our heavy luggages up a few steps before entering the front door. No laundry powder, no dishwashing detergent or sponge provided.
There's no instruction manual for the washing machine. Even the staff had trouble making it work. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. The location of Eaton house was hard to find as well - our taxi driver refused to drive up the steep narrow hill - which we ended up having to walk up with our 40 pound backpacks.
There are some stain on the plates and the electric kettle still have water inside after I checked in the room.
I forgot one dressing case inside the toilet when I left the hotel, I called them back asking for it and they told me that they no have it. I just called the following day. Any help from their side and they robbed me the bag with a ring inside. Don't forget anything before you leave the hotel.
