  The property is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and the pool areas, bar and restaurant are adjacent to the sea with great views of the area. It is well located to supermarkets and other restaurants and is either a short car or bus ride to the main centre of Chania. The staff could not have been more helpful and even advised of traditional local restaurants and checked to see - The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

  We used the hotel on our last 3 days in chania as we just wanted to relax and not worry about anything, and it proved a right choice.after touring chania by car , the hotel provided everything that was needed to just stay in and enjoy the beach. Staff were - I stayed in Santa Marina Plaza more than a week at the beginning of September 2013. I liked wonderful view from my terrace (front sea view room) and the beach. Very convinient location - not far from Chania and with many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

  The service of throughout this hotel is excellent. Fromt he moement youa rrive until the moment you leave, everyone is friendly and accomodating for all needs. The rooms, pool and restaurant are all very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness)! We didn't get the bracelet for all inclusive which makes you feel more comfortable, instead the staff is trying to know better their guests having a friendly and relaxed communication with all of them.   This is a really good hotel if you want somewhere to relax for a few days with the possibility of going out to see other interesting places. It is not often that you can say that all the staff are nice and helpful in different ways. The restaurant team is particularly special and the cleaning staff did some lovely things to make the stay very sp... vad folk säger » ecial for our children. The reception person we dealt with most couldn't have been more helpful. Finally, the infinity pool really lived up to it's - We have stayed at Cretan Dream for 5 years in a row and are always welcomed warmly and treated like royalty. Pool is wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is divine. Most pleasing is the staff. We love Cretan Dream.

  Παρά πολύ καλό φαγητό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και στα γλυκά. Δεν σας κρύβουμε ότι πήραμε μερικά κιλάκια. Το προσωπικό στο εστιατόριο πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό, γρήγορο και πρόθυμο. Ιδιαιτέρως ο Νίκος η Χριστίνα, η Μαρτίνα και μαζί τους βεβαίως η μετρ, η κυρία Ρένα. Η θέα φοβερή και ο ύπνος βαθύς.
