  We stayed in Rimida for 4 nights in september 2013 and really liked it. The view is AMAZING, the room has everything you need, including cooking appliances. Its a short walking distance from the center of Oia, and yet, it´s a very quiet and relaxing place.The room is like a cave, very nice. Everything was very clean and well mantained.   Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. This was very beneficial as we saved money on breakfasts and enjoyed hospitality on our balcony.   The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the - Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  Before we came there, we had a problem with credit card and despite this Coula, the owner of hotel didn't cancel our reservation, but took our word that we will be there on certain day and kept out room :-) She all of 3 days which we spent there.   First of all, the place is really nice and convenient for you to walk around the city center Fira. The apartment itself have awesome view of the caldera sea. Thats the best part of this place. Furthermore, this apartment is also suitable for couples that prefer more privacy stay. It offers breakfast for free which is tasty as well.   This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini.   I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever. The blond short hair in the reception (I do not remember her name) was one of the best concierge of all - Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating. View was awesome. Restaurant was definitely worth visiting for a gourmet dinner overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast selections were vast and very tasty. Would stay here again. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.

  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. We had a gorgeous room with our own semi private pool which we pretty much never left as it was so beautiful. This resort is very peacefull and relaxing despite being so close to kamari ... vad folk säger » beach. The grounds are immaculately kept and the service really is 5 star. All of the team are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great, we - Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.
