  Mr. Sigalas is a wonderful host! He picked us up at the port and drove us to the villa. He had us laughing and feeling like we were part of the family. His two daughters run the reception and they will arrange anything you need. They were able to set up rental cars, restaurant reservations, boat trips, whatever. Every day they greeted us with a sm... vad folk säger » ile and asked what they could do to make our stay even better. The villas are new. They had only been open for 2 years when we stayed there, and Mr S - I liked everything. I have been to Santorini before and the overall standard of accommodation is high at every price level. It is highly competitive too. What makes the Sigal stick out is the unassuming nature of your hosts, all members of the same lovely family who are always cheerful and overtly helpful without straying into the poncey attendant type operation that Santorini seems to have sprouted in abundance.   Location, location, location! The hotel is exactly in the right place of Oia - the most charming part of the town, a few steps away from the observatory where everybody else will run to to watch the sunset.   The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. The hotel has wisely refrained from filling all its ground with accommodation and provides a calm oasis in which to re... vad folk säger » lax. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the - Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  First of all the location is perfect. Santorini is a paradise place of the planet. The Kamari beach is very nice and I can say, that if You go to Santorini - You'd better stay in beach area of the island and take tours to the architectural part of the island. The tours to Oia, volcano, Thirassia are very popular,renting cars is extremely popular, the island is small, so no blockers for living - Location is the best, looking over to promenade and beach. Bus station is very close. Internet is working very good, air condition also very good. A lot of life all over the day/night (restaurants, shops). Very nice owner and staff, especially Emmanuella!!

  We have just returned from a truly magnificent stay at Atalos Villas. Itis wonderful and Yiannis and his wife are fabulous hosts. Theaccommodation is charming with a real Greek flavour; everything is cleanand well presented. The whole family owned this hotel was quite friendly and warm. Becides of the free pickup from/to port and airport, Mr.Argyros even drove his van to show us around the downtown of Kamari village and pointed out the location of supermarkets, post office and bus stops. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Atalos very much!

  Before we came there, we had a problem with credit card and despite this Coula, the owner of hotel didn't cancel our reservation, but took our word that we will be there on certain day and kept out room :-) She all of 3 days which we spent there.   First of all, the place is really nice and convenient for you to walk around the city center Fira. The apartment itself have awesome view of the caldera sea. Thats the best part of this place. Furthermore, this apartment is also suitable for couples that prefer more privacy stay. It offers breakfast for free which is tasty as well.   The family couldn't have been more accommodating. We found them very friendly too. A lovely place to stay. Basic but very clean and in a fairly central location. - beautiful rooms, balcony and the swimming pool were great! The family/ staff were welcoming and helpful.

  Lovely room with beautiful views. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were met at the airport and then taken to the port to catch our ferry to Crete.   Best hosts we have ever had at any place we have been before on holidays. We booked a budget friendly accommodation and received much more than can be expected for the price. Mikalis and Anna - the managers of "Ambeli Apartments" were amazing. We received an outstanding service from the first minute on. They gave us the feeling as we would make part of - Michalis and Anna were absolutely amazing and made my time at Ambeli a true delight. The lovely apartment was facing the pool with double doors opening to views of the hills from the bedroom at the back - beautiful! It was a few minutes walk from the end of the beach strip so was lovely and quiet while still being so close to the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else thinking of it.

The most impresive thing is the owner of the hotel has a very power network on car renting, ticket ordering and everything you need. Was given choice of rooms upon arrival. Staff were amazing, hospitable and extremely accommodating. Great location in Kamari, less than one min walk to the beach. Hotel very clean and rooms very spacious. Lovely breakfast daily and good selection of foods. Great restaurants very close by. Would definitely visit Anassa again. Gym very well equipped. Amazing stay, we were made to feel very special. Would recommend for couples definitely.

  I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever. The blond short hair in the reception (I do not remember her name) was one of the best concierge of all - Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating. View was awesome. Restaurant was definitely worth visiting for a gourmet dinner overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast selections were vast and very tasty. Would stay here again. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.
