  The staff and the hotel itself were perfectly up to standard, and after a long delay I had no problems getting checked in in the middle of the night. - Nice and friendly little Pension, short distance from the centre of Ioannina and right next to the famous Cave of Perama.

  A hotel in a nice location, opposite Ioannina across Lake Pamvotis, so we had great views of the lake and the city. Courteous staff. We were also positively impressed by the excellent buffet breakfast. Besides, someone from the staff was pacient enough to teach anyone interested to prepare coffee on sand. Great way to start you - Nice, friendly, rather new, perectly clean hotel.   The hotel is situated within the fortress, very close to the town centre and the lake Pamvots. Within a couple of minutes walking distance you could get a boat to the Nisi iland. The sfaff were very friendly and gave us valuable information about how to get to different sightseeing places and facilites. We do recommend - We got the first floor corner with the windows that open up to the outside courtroom...BEST Room ever. At first, I was scared it would be noisy being right next to the reception area, but we didn't hear anything at all. The room itself is cozy and decorated very nicely. The pillows smell amazing and the bed is so comfortable...we didn't want to get out! The brothers who work there are also very nice and helpful..they recommended a guide for our visit to Zagoria and it turned out to be fantastic

  The staff is super nice, the owner a advised us about a very nice Greek taverna last night and this morning we were brought a cup of coffee without even asking! The place is peaceful and very close to the old city, literally 5 min walking. The best part is the patio where you can eat, read or just relax in the shadow.   Really pretty and comfortable hotel located at the centre of Ioannina. Thematic rooms with very comfortable beds. The location is perfect to go and see the town. You can enter into the castle walls, find parking place and then do not forget to get your parking sticker from the reception. - Nice location within old city center.   The staff were very good. The owner/manager was very approachable and freindly and I felt that the staff took pride in their performance. They were very helpful. The hotel was clean, affordable, and the facilities were good for the price. No complaints. We are arrived and they upgraded us to a deluxe room. The hotel was very clean and up to date (since they renovated it around six months ago). The receptionist tried her very hardest to make sure we were comfortable (a very big plus) and the breakfast was amazing, since it was freshly cooked.
