  Beautiful location as hotel is right beside the sea and also a small river. Also very close to amenities of Kalyves village which is a busy little place with its own character. Staff were excellent - friendly and very hard-working and the hotel was spotlessly clean.   We visited the hotel in May, therefore it was not overcrowded. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful views. The food was good most of the times, tasty desserts and fresh salad. There was ice cream available at lunch/dinner time and at the bar. Free parking and internet. - The resort wasn't too big,so we,especially our son was very happy finding every facility close to each other.The ground level room had access from both the garden side and the reception side.The staff was attentive and always smiling.The sea is perfect.

  the view from the balcony is amazing. Beautiful pool, grounds and two steps to the beach. Bicycles are available to ride and the supermarket is a two minute walk from the apartments. The ratings are very high for this establishment, I guess for the money and location it is excellent but it is not a five star hotel, the apartments themselves are ba... vad folk säger » sic accommodations, it is the pool, grounds and beach that are the high rating - host was extremely helpful and staff were friendly and efficient. apartments are in an excellent location both for beach and shopping. apartments were cleaned daily and were very comfortable. the provision of sun loungers and umbrellas for our own use on the beach was an added bonus which we did not expect - saved a great deal of money!!!

  Very clean and tidy room. Lovely, clean pool. Very close to nice sandy beach, supermarket and tavernas. Made very welcome - the helpfulness and hospitality of Niko and Maria was exceptional. Will definitely come again. Highly recommended.

  Lion-Suites is a really nice house with comfortable suites. The house is located only one minute from the beautiful beach of Kalyves and a lot of greek taverns. The view from the roof is breath-taking, you can see the White Mountains, the village and the bay. Manfred and Annett are very friendly hosts, they often gave us tipps of nice places to g... vad folk säger » o. They also have a really funny and friendly dog, Cody. Thank you for the awesome time on Crete! I am coming back! - Staff were very friendly and were very eager to help if there were any problems. Self-catering provision was very good as a lot of thought had gone into the items provided especially for the kitchen.
