  I loved absolutely everything about Faragi. This is a perfect place to stay after doing a walk through Samaria gorge. The stuff were the best hosts ever. The food in the Faragi Taverna was brilliant. The best I've had on Crete! I was even invited into the kichten to learn the secret of the delicious Boureki. The hotel is in a perfect location, ... vad folk säger » very clean and comfortable. I recommend staying in Agia Roumeli for at least one night instead of rushing straight on a ferry. The village is very qu - I like everything in Faragi hotel. After the walk down through the mountain we had the best reception ever by the staff and the owner of the hotel. Straight away it was offered the local drink to us with lots of fruits. We were treated like family. Excellent food. Everyone very friendly. The owner had the local drink with us before we left. I will recommend to my family and friends.

  i've spend a good time in Calypso- nice clean room with the sea-view, very good food ( grat lamb !- the owner will recomendate you something they cook something special for every dinner) and very friendly people.   Its really above the sea The taverna serves excellent food Ideal for families and backpackers - Perfectly ok for what it is, a low price hotel right at the beach in a mostly very quiet beach village. Right on the beach, I slept well and had a functional bathroom.

  Everything. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Dinner at the restaurant was superb and the staff offered me dessert for free even though I didn't offer very much. In addition, I accidentally left my iPod touch when I left and the owners were kind enough to airmail me my iPod touch back to me - Personel, food, facilities
