  Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. The breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning -- delievered at your door are fresh croissants from local ba - The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

  I have stayed in a number of hotels in Brussels, on business, over the years. I have avoided apartment hotels around the world for some time because of generally poor experiences – although it's the kind of environment I enjoy. The Pegasus however, provides a uniquely enjoyable experience. No 24h reception - still they are very flexible in check-in and check-out times if you inform the manager in advance.   The apartment cost no more than a reasonable hotel room price, in the centre of Brussels. An easy 5 mins walk from the Eurostar station, and 20 mins walk from Grand Place (mostly down one straight road). Everything in the apartment spotlessly clean, full apartment facilities, comfortable, stylish, & very friendly efficient staff. Its a 10-15 mins walk from the center (brussels is small , u can walk throughout the whole city) the location near brussels-midi station is great the studio felt like home , which is awesome . at some point we preferred staying in the studio rather than going out ... :-)

  Our room was fantastic. till now i still miss my stay there very much! We had a spacious and comfortable studio with personal bathroom and having a kettle, fridge and microwave in the room made everything so much more convenient! a dining table with basic cutleries help us save alot on eating out.
