  Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast. I appreciate that hotel owner did her best to deliver twin room for us although during booking only double rooms were available. Thanks again for this! If you don't like - The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared.   The room quality was very high, everything was clean and well maintained. The facilities of the room were very respected on our trip, the tv was excellent, the air con was very helpful and needed, the kettle was used endlessly. Would recommend the cart and horses to anyone who enjoys getting away for the weekend and socialising with a few drinks and good music!

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing which i didnt expect given the price and short notice that the room was booked. The shower is very powerful and the room was very clean and tidy. The hotel reception is co-located with a pub on the ground level and the rooms are on the next two floors. The London-Stratford train/bus station is a 7-10 minute walk which can be convenient if flying in and out of Stansted. Free internet wa - This accommodation was great value, very good price compared to other hotels in the area. It clean and comfortable and very close to Stanford station and westfield shopping centre. We didn't arrive till 12 midnight because or journey was delayed but the staff were there ready to check us in. Breakfast was basic but fine. I Will visit this hotel again when staying in London.

  It was warm - It was easy to get to although 10min walking distance from Stratford station. On checking in my room was upgraded to a double. Staff were generally friendly.
