  I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. Great accommodation, very modern interior. Although we didn't use it, it had a very comfortable bar area.   The Reception Staff were extremely efficient, welcoming and helpful. Check in was hassle free - as was check out. We used the Room Service facility - the food that we ordered was extremely good and the service was very fast - we were very surprised at the speed our food arrived. I would most definitely recommend the hotel.   Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff. The food in the restaurant was also of a high standard.
