The renovation of the building is definitely worth to see. I 100% suggest it to Architects and Designers. Staff are friendly. Rooms are super clean with new facilities. Breakfast was really complete.

The personal is very friendly and there is 24/7 reception. The breakfast is rich, even with fresh scrambled eggs or sausage. The hotel is situated in nice park and although there is rush street nearby, it is hidden behind trees and the place is rather quiet. Расположение аппартаментов действительно соответствовало с тем, что придлагалось в описании. Очень порадовало наличие посуды и бытовых электроприборов. Аппартаменты небыли прокурены. Чистая и свежая постель с полотенцами, и в достаточных колличествах. - отличное месторасположение! чисто, тихо, уютно!все понравилось!

The apartment was just wonderful. It was on the top floor in the "Glass Apartment." It was all wood, even the ceiling. Skylight and large window provided great light. So relaxing. Beautifully designed, spacious apartment. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom all a traveller could want. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had an email before I arrived asking about arrival times and giving all the information I needed to get from the airport and to find the apartment - very easy. You can't complain it's not great value. Location in the old town is perfect. Loved it and would definitely return.

- Since it is a appart-hotel, there is no front desk. Therefore, you have to make an appointment with the owner for checking-in some time in advance.
This would not be a problem if it would be cleary mentioned on letsbookhotel.com.
But once you are aware of it, no issue! -

It is a nice apartment, in superb location, quite comfortable, although a few things could be improved such as a new bed in the bedroom as the current one is very squeaky... Could not beat the location, lovely pubs and restaurants within a few
minutes walk but very quiet and peaceful apartment in a residential
complex. Lovely area - be aware the front gate electronic system
doesn't work but one of the residents advised a swift hard push or
kick and worked every time
