The staff was amazing since the moment we landed at the airport. We were able to check in early, so about 1 hour after we landed Evangelia from the reception had organised beach chairs and lunch reservations in a marvelous beach/restaurant. -
Very kind staff.

The staff could not do enough for us. They picked us up from airport and took us to the port for a ferry crossing. I cannot praise them enough. tHe hotel is in a fab location with wonderful views across Ornos bay and towards mykonos town

The most amazing and beautiful place I have ever stayed. The staff were warm and wonderful and went to any length to accommodate our every need. The food, organic and the best!! Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

Beautiful rooms nicely decorated with a personal touch, nice clean bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, excellent service (welcome gifts, sheets changes every two days, towels every day). Very nice and friendly owners (we were surprised to receive a cake and a watermelon during our short stay). Nice and new building, quiet neighbourhood, large balcony. Very nice pool and close to the beach (2 min walk). Overall great experience. Definately recommend this place.

The facilities were excellent and everyone made sure all the guests had everything needed to enjoy their stay, including daily rides to and from town. Meals were delicious and as far as we were concerned the best deal in town, quality and price wise.

My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it.
The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!!
The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.

This is the first time I am writing a review but Nikos and Vagelitsa were so welcoming and accommodating that I felt a need to share my wonderful experience. Excellent homely food, peace and tranquility, picturesque location were factors that made this trip memorable. I will be soon returning to Scala!

The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that was great as well. The location isn't great if you want to be able to walk into town (definitely too far), but if you're looking for some peace and quiet it is perfect.
