  Everything was great! After we booked Lambros, the owner sent us a friendly email asking article details and arranged to meet us at the ferry. From there it was a short walk to villa, which is about a 2 min walk from the beach and in a beautiful setting with lots of vines and flowers. Every morning we would be greeted by him and or his sister and made to feel so welcome an - We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mata. This family-run place is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms all have private balconies, but there are also communal spaces which make it easy to meet other travellers. The garden setting is gorgeous and really peaceful. Many people hit up Ios to party, but we had a very relaxing time staying at Villa Mata. The little outdoor kitchen is handy for cooking up some food. Also the staff were really helpful when we were planning our onward leg.

  Modest but very cozy rooms next to a quiet, nice beach. Location perfect (10-15 minute walk up to the city, bars and nightlife). The owner Katerina is a sweetheart! - Accomodation was fine in a great location just a stones throw from a lovely beach. Thank you Maria and staff we may see you next year.

Nick went out of his way to find us at the beach on our last day to let us know our ferry had been cancelled.   Elias is a wonderful host. He picked us up from port and drove us to hotel. Hotel is very clean, and has all basic necessities. It is located slightly outside Chora so it's nice and quiet, but everything is very close walking distance. After we first arrived Elias saw us walking to the beach as he was driving by to run errands, and stopped to pick... что говорят » us up and drive us to beach! The owners are very friendly and make you feel comfortable from the first moment.   We stayed just one night between ferries and were very positively impressed by the standards of the rooms, the most convenient location and the warmth and friendliness of the welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotless and well equipped. The breakfast was truly excellent, served with style, abundant and varied. Since the very beginning we were very happy with the hospitality of the host and the tranquility of the place that is just a few minutes away from the port.   Friendliness of Olga and staff, lovely view from porch, the pool and bar area (too cool to swim but beautiful!). Olga was very helpful when my husband hurt his ankle. She picked us up at ferry, handled all luggage, and drove us back to port. - Olga hotel must be the cleanest hotel I ever visited. The staff were talkative and very helpful.
