Like in the photos, it seemed very warm, and luxury. Especially wooden ceiling - was giving sense of warmth - the best I liked. Had all room facilities working. Was very quite. Staffs were very helpful. Breakfast menu differs basing on the day of the week. It maybe also an disadvantage, but I found it adventurous. Friendly and helpful staff, Large rooms with kitchens and clean facilities. Great location, close to downtown, Parks, Banks, Restaurants, and historical landmarks.

We loved staying there. extremly friendly personal, good location, close to city centre, clean, silent in night (because the hotel inside courtyard). Breakfast was open buffet but had not so many options as I used to see. Curtains were not sufficient to block whole sunlight from outside, and correspondingly were weak to protect inside view from outside, at evening. The only solution was to switch the light off. Antiquated access combination on the the hotel entry gate is difficult to use. The dinning room is too small, the administration should figure out a way to improve the whole breakfast experience. Beside that, no other complaints. breakfast is very limited, there are no additional facilities (like bar, sauna and so on). Nothing. One worker who helped us at breakfast was very rude and disagreeable. you had to get to the hotel via an alleyway, it was immediately obvious there was a hotel there, also my room looked out onto other properties, this was not too much of a problem. May be not enough soundproof from neighboring rooms, but our neighbors were not noisy. The breakfast is a little bit simple, but ok. Nothing. The breakfast was the same thing daily. It would be great to get more variety. the wood stairs sometimes annoying, you can hear how many people going up or going down while you are at the room. It has to be covered by the carpet...no elevator. for to switch off the light in the room you must go to the entrance door, no lamps near the bed. Due to small room for breakfast we skipped it and moved to the nearest restaurant. A big roach on the window shade in my room. No hot water for the first hour, due to having a full house, i was told. The walls are too thin, i heard ringing from the office early in the morning along with foot traffic in the hallway. too small and noisy. Breakfast poor choice No elevator.
