  The Hotel reception area was a bit tired looking but the member of staff who dealt with me upon checking in was very pleasant and showed me the room we would be staying in. I think we hit the jackpot because it was lovely and clean,bright and spacious and had a wet room and Wide screened TV. The Indian Restaurant inside the Hotel was very nice and the food was - The room was perfect although was not properly vacuumed other than this excellent value and staff were very helpful. The room was decorated well, the bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The ensuite was really good with lots of space i would have mo hesitation in recommending it to others and intend to use it next Christmas rather than booking early and getting accommodation in Bath itself

  A very relaxed atmosphere, which made the stay very comfortable. Room was great. All members of Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice. We would have no problems staying here again. Thank You! - The friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and this made the stay an extremely pleasant experience.

  The size of my room was very pleasantly large and it had all facilities stated, and they all worked properly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm. I asked for a sea view and the sea view was amazing, I booked a single and was upgraded to a double for no extra cost - wonderful value for money. The ensuite was spotless, so were the t... o que as pessoas dizem » owels and sheets, and extra pillows were available which is very important for me (having to sleep sitting up). Breakfast was included in the price, a - I was a visitor from Australia who had previously lived in Clevedon for a short time. I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly, and the hotel comfortable. The location (I had a room overlooking the Bristol channel) with the added bonus of being able to watch the tame pheasants and squirrels and other sundry birds below my bedroom window, was idyllic. A good place for a bit of R&R! Audrey, Melbourne.
