The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff.
The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars.
The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

We booked the garden suite and were totally impressed with it. The room was very clean, large and the bath was top class. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, this one tops all so far. It is right on the beach and has many good facilities. I totally recommend the Spa in this resort, cheaper compared to other boutique ones, very clean and professional. We had a 2.5 hr massage for like 30Aud.
The bar is awsome, right in the pool and perfect view to the sunset. Definitely visiting Balisani again.

The hotel grounds were very beautiful and well maintained I loved the plants and trees, it was like a magic garden. The pool was really nice. The bungalow was traditional and picturesque. They were so friendly and attentive. We live in Dubai with so many top hotels but the staff here beats anywhere in Dubai. We have already recommended this hotel to everyone.

The Dipan was so good, I returned after spending a week in Ubud. The staff and villas are wonderful, with a gorgeous lagoon pool you will not want to leave. My family were all sick during our stay, and management and staff were very caring and helpful. The neighbouring spa is great for massages, and pampering. Best of all is the Dipan's location:

A fantastic little getaway gem if you are looking for something good value with a touch of traditional Balinese. I stayed in a double-storey suite with traditional Balinese decor, it's beautiful. I love the outdoor living area facing the front, and the marble bathroom is clean.
