When I decided that I wanted to stay another night in Terre Haute, the
man at the desk said that instead of me calling Terre Haute, that he
would call and make a reservation for me. Before I checked out, I asked
him if he had done it & he told me yes, but when I got to Terre
Haute, I found out that he had not. I don't like people at the front
