Please be aware that the apartments are situated on the third floor, which is accessible by stairs only. Guests are required to call the apartments at least one hour prior to arrival at the apartments to arrange check-in. Guests expecting to arrive after 00:00 must contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. An additional GBP 20 per hour charge will apply. All guests will be required to show their booking confirmation, as well as the original card used for payment and a valid photo ID upon arrival. Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartments and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Children's cots/cribs are subject to availability. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
