  On arrival we had complimentary wine and a name plate welcoming us to city Residence. this attention to detail was welcoming and nice. The choice of breakfast was extensive and arrived each morning at the designated time. Staff spoke excellent english.   Nice sized room with good internet connection, clean spacious bathroom. Spa and pool good with service. And amazing restaurant with the best Stroganoff I had in years and friendly service. Located outside city center, close to connections, good business hotel. - Beautiful wellnes, good personal, breakfast and wifi was ok. This room was very nice.

Easy to reach the downtown of Kassa, the Cultural Capital of Europe 2013, by tram from the front of the hotel. - Excellent rooms, great service.   The accomodation was clean and looks weel organize. The sauna and jacuzzi are reccomanded after a long excursion day on the beautiful High Tatra. - Nice place to stay for cycling. Host helped when our friend injured his hand. Trampoline in the garden :)
