The apartment is located very close to the Red Light Districs. Without this prepayment the reservation will be cancelled by the accommodation. The property will supply the guests with the necessary payment details. For reservation made less than 48 hours prior arrival a prepayment of 50% is asked to be fulfilled within 4 hours after the reservation or else it will be cancelled. Early checkin before 14h00 = 30 EUR surcharge Late checkin after 20h00 = 30 EUR surcharge Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform City Central Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
