Claudio was an excellent host. Buffet breakfast was simple and very nice. Room was clean and facilities were more than we required (internet etc). It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. Claudio was very helpful in answering all our questions. Having free interent access was great for additional research while in Italy and checking in with family.

  Everything about it was magnificent. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Huge room in immaculate condition in a great area. Vittoria was very attentive and helped with all enquiries (even offering me a scarf at one point). This place is a MUST!!

We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence
