Very nice, clean, modern room with kitchenette, air condition, wifi, television and balcony. It was very close to the beach and a large supermarket within 2 minutes walk. It's relatively easy to orientate yourself from Old Town. As it is in a residential area it is quiet during the evenings and with space to park cars. showers. They had a shower head that was able to be fixed above your
head - not true of the other two hotels on our trip. The pool was large.
They had a reasonable sized elevator for luggage and two people. We had
a great view from our 3rd floor room of the Aegean sea. They have a bank
for exchanging other currencies to Euros with reasonable rates. It was
within walking distance to the Medieval City of Rhodes.

The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -

Wonderful, cosy, frendly and peaceful hotel! Close to the non busy beach. The center of Marmari at 15 min. walk by beach. At 5 min. walk - windsurf station. We decided with our family to spend part of our holiday in Karpathos and selected to stay at Alcyone Hotel.
We had booked one room but the owners offered to move to a two-room apartment, at no extra cost, because we are three people. We moved to a very nice spacious apartment with all the comforts (air conditioning, safety box, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, satellite TV, wireless internet, and refrigerator).
