She brought my clothes to a laundromat; mailed a rare fruit specimen (legally) to the United States; and when I lost my cellphone, picked it up (after I left Crete) and mailed it home.   The apartment was very comfortable, well furnished and very clean, optimal in every detail. Ours was a short stay, we enjoyed the beach close to the apartment and did a few trips to Heraklion to visit its museums and Knossos. We did not rent a car as the bus stop is near the Hotel and service is very efficient (air-conditioned buses every 15 mins)... co mówią ludzie » .   If I have to put them in order, then I must say the first point would be the warmth of the owner. We have stayed in different resorts every summer. For the first time, we came back feeling that we made friends with the owners of the place we stayed in. We are hoping to return next summer with our teenage children. The second point is location. At night, we had nice strolls browsing - Everything was just perfect, Maria - thank you! Location could not be better, it's just great! Apartment is in excellent condition, everything is new: rooms, appliances, furniture. We enjoyed our meals at sea view balcony - I already miss it in rainy Prague. Do not worry about night-life noise at seaside road and passing quads: we all (and kid) slept well as sound-proof windows cancel any noise from outside. People complain of WiFi speed - not a problem at all for us, I did not stuck with work

A very short walk to a quiet beach and convenient for visiting many historical sites. Definitely plan to return.
