The staff were really helpful and polite/friendly. They made sure we had a quiet room towards the back (furthest from Sathorn Road, and not on the side facing the Australian Embassy, where the traffic noise seems to come in more). The hotel is very convenient for embassies in Bangkok. Not very far from
some nightlife and night markets you could walk it but I hailed a taxi
and it was only 40 thb to get there. The reception is very helpful and
the manager could not do enough.

The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises. -

Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.

The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic.

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet, very spacious and great value for money. The internet speed was always fast.
I actually stayed there for a week then left for Singapore the following week and then came back to this same Marriott for yet another week. The hotel kept my luggage in their store room for the week that I was away. On my return the service from the staff was excellent as always.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. and going/doors slamming etc. -
Surprisingly, the room is clean and new. The staff/owners are so friendly and helpful. Communication in English is not an issue here. Breakfast is simple but that's enough for us, if travel in a group as us, the staff may prepare special breakfast eg porridge/noodle.
BTS or LRT are not too far.
