Guests can drive up to Knysna's forest or the Knysna Elephant Park, both 10 km away. Knysna Heads is 6 km from the lodge.

The Yellowwood Lodge has beautiful gardens and nicely decorated rooms. It is in a quiet location and is a short walk to Knysna and Thesen Island. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. All in all, everything was perfect!. Exceptionally kind and helpful owner/staff. Impressive authentic old English house. Practically in the town center but feel like in the countryside at the same time. Certainly one of our best stay in the Garden Route.
