Highly recommended!! I liked everything about it! It's almost like I don't want to say too much because I was so positively surprised by how we were taken care of. I've never had a better hotel experience (even at fancy places), and it felt like staying with a nice Greek family. FYI: don't get a taxi at the port, but look for the Hotel Grotta van, they pick you up. Or you can simply walk a little ways away from the ferry (we came by ferry) and look up to your left. You can see the yellow hotel

The owners were very helpful from picking us up at the port to filling the fridge with produce from their garden. There was also plenty of private outdoor space as we had a balcony and huge terrace. The studio and the grounds were kept spotlessly clean. We would stay there again.

We have visited Naxos many times and this was our first time staying at the Illion Hotel. This is a family run hotel. The hotel owner was most helpful and courteous and did everything to make our stay the wonderful experience that it was. The hotel is designed beautifully, and the room we had was spacious, impeccably clean and well-appointed. The owner and staff are warm and exceedingly helpful. The included breakfast buffet was a delight! Just a few minutes walk into central Chora, the waterfront capital of Naxos, and a short drive to some of the island's best beaches.

Απόλαυσα τα πάντα! Από το πρωινό γεύμα μέχρι τον ελάχιστο χρόνο που είχα για να περάσω στην πισίνα. Δουλεύοντας με το laptop στο μπαλκόνι του δωματίου ήταν το καλύτερο σημείο για να χαλαρώσω και συγχρόνως να συγκεντρωθώ. Ελπίζω να καταφέρω να επιστρέψω για λόγους αναψυχής ώστε να έχω χρόνο να γευτώ όλες τις ομορφιές του. ΥΓ. Στο εστιατόριο είχα ένα υπέροχο business-lunch.

Good location (1 minute walk to the beach, 5 -10 minutes walk to town center. Very close to restaurants and cafeterias. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included homemade local sweets (marmelades, cakes, cookies etc). Always open kitchen which was visible from the dining area was a plus as you could see that everything was prepared in a clean environment. Also, the main entrance of the hotel was locked after 23:00 which added an extra feel of safety as there is not reception after this

We were 4 friends and we all stayed in the 1 room. We loved this hotel and wished we had planned our whole trip just to stay there. The room was great, the pool was perfect, the place and clean and very easy to get too. You are in walking distance of beach side restaurants and the beach. Naxos is beautiful and i would stay here everytime!!

Location, location, location. We had a room with balcony overlooking the beach. Although the room was small (also had a single bed) and a bit cramped, it suited the two of us.
The Studios had a lovely bar and seating area, where guests could get Cocktails for 5 Euros. Breakfast could also be bought there and was fairly substantial.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a bit of relaxation. We had a ground floor studio which opened onto an open courtyard leading on to the beach. The room was large and had a small kitchenette. We genuinely were able to unwind here and our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.
