It is the first apartment that we have stayed in that has complete
instructions and directions. The apartment is spacious for a couple with
a pharmacy immediately below. Close to bus stops (100 yards) and a 10
minute trip to the old city. Taxi rank just past the bus stops.

Excellent wiev, good standard, big room (we stayed in the largest room). Great service. We can absolutely recommend this hotel. The owners of the apartment were incredibly friendly and greeted us with a drink and information on Dubrovnik. The apartment was incredibly clean and smelt wonderful. The interior was lovely, bed was comfy and everything worked. The location couldn't have been better- close to the city walls but far enough and off the road so there was little noise. Everything was perfect!!! The room was very nice and clean with sea view. The staff friendly and good people. There is also and mini supermarket under the apartments.
The location is 250 m to the copacabana beach, 2 min walk away from bus stop to the old town, and 5 min. walk from the street with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Big modern rooms, spacious bathroom. Everything is very clean. Very nice view over the port of Gruz. Our room had a big terrace and from what I could see most of the rooms have them. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). All in all, to me it seems like very good value for money. In most countries that I have been to you could find rooms like this only

Friendly and helpful staff. As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time.
Location is great right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town - close to everything.
