  Everything! A very clean, quiet, hotel with excellent food and service in an attractive location with a lot of different things to see. Excellent value for the money. As a side note they had the most reliable and effective internet access of the entire trip. I intend to return with my entire family!   Location is really good - just a few minutes walk from old town square. Breakfasts were good but with limited choice of food. Helpful and very kind staff speaking fluently German and English. - Great accommodation, The lady on reception was lovely.   The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hote... wat mensen zeggen » l, which stay open until very late and then the bin lorry comes at 5:30am each day too! The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  This hotel is in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the main square and tourist attractions. Just around the corner is a large shopping mall ( Galeria Dominikanska ) and tram stops. The staff at this hotel are friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was very good value for money. The room was a good size with usual facilities, although there is no air condition - The Staff is is very good and helping. I had to stay a full day in the Hotel because of rainfall duringmy trip. But the hotel was so cozy and homely that It was very good to stay even in Hotel room for a long day. The location of the hotel is Superb and very near to almost all the places to visit in Wroclaw. The Breakfast is also very good, rooms are clean and time-to-time serviced. It is a great value for the money I paid for the stay.

  Staff very helpful & did our laundry when they could not figure out how to use the apartments washer. Service beyond our dreams. The location was right in the town plaza. Note that this is a vacation room/apartment organization that has many varied units in the area and is not a hotel, per se. - I liked friendly and professional Staff....
