  I cannot recommend the Artus enough. The Location is directly in the old town center, just off the Long Market, around the corner from the Fontanna Neptuna, next to a police station and an easy 10-12 minute walk from the Gdansk Glowny rail station. The building was very old and beautiful, while the interior was very new, modern and clean. Mon Balzac is - The top place to stay in Gdansk! Location could not be better. Downstairs at the corner brilliant taxi services (Taxi Baltic). Very helpful staff in hotel reception and restaurant. Room service breakfast absolutely luxury with fresh strawberries, good coffee or cappucino, cheeses and - everything! I also had a massage and a sauna and experienced that as Finn I can say: You good not have anything better!

  A modern hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, only approx. 10 minutes by bus from Gdansk Central station and the Old Town. Very friendly and welcoming service. All the staff is english-speaking. Delicious food, brekfast is various. Rooms have modern design, very light and comfortable. The hotel located in a quite silent part of town, byt at the same time close to Main Railway station and to the "Old Town".

  The rooms were very spacious. The location was perfect and once we found our feet realised that we were in walking distance from most restaurants and bars. The food was good with plenty of variety. The people outside the hotel spoke very little english but enough for us to get by. A train ride for 2 - 3 euros to a place called Sopot is a must. There is a taxi rank out - The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke such good English, I was ashamed to not speak Polish. They were always a pleasure to deal with. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and cafes and walking distance to shops. I would stay here again.

  The owner was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up from the airport and took us back. Cheaper and more convenient than a taxi. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. The location was very convenient for the old town. The... wat mensen zeggen » re was a bakery underneath the apartments selling beautiful cakes-ideal as a special treat for breakfast. Gdansk is an amazing city. We didn't have c - The owner was very helpful. He also worked as a guide. They provided us with almost everything we might have needed in an apartment.Warm water supply was ensured. Many shops around. It was two minutes walk from the old town, location wise very convenient. Pick and drop service from airport was arranged by the owner in exchange of a little sur-charge. We will highly recommend it for family with young children, max. two.
