  Marco waited 2 hours beyond the check-in time and greeted us with a smile. He is a wonderful host. The breakfast is at a restaurant next to Sante Croce which is approx a 5 minute walk and it is totally worth it. I think this may have been our favorite part of the stay- a hot drink and 2 delicious pastries. The breakfast makes this a super deal. Nice reception or owner (Mr Marco). Supermarket in front of the hotel. Location is very close to city attractions and everything you need. We had a very nice decorated and designed room, with a large matrimonial bed. Everything was great. This place is an apartment with 5 or 6 rooms. also 3 or 4 rooms outside the apartment but in the same floor. but this does not cause any problem. Reception is not 24 hours. free tee or coffee in the morning

  A residential location and metro connection to downtown were excellent. Large, well supplied COOP supermarket and excellent coffee shop for breakfast around the corner. B apartment was well designed and comfortable. C receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable and did what she could to help us get the correct apartment. D WIFI connection was easy ... wat mensen zeggen » and stable. - even it is not close to the city center, but just 3 minutes' walk from the bus stop. there is also a big supermarket nearby. the room is super big and very clean. furniture are new and comfortable. overall, everything is perfect.

  we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) . - decoration is very nice. personal is very friendly and intimate. room is comfortable, bathroom is also big.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 -12 min walk from Florence SMN train station. The hotel is on the third floor of the building without elevator, but the owner has helped with our luggage, so it was not an issue at all. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast selection is very good (serials, fruits, mi... wat mensen zeggen » lk, coffee (prepared fresh per your request), sweets, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit juice). The breakfast room has an astonishing view of Florence roof - The Locanda dei Guelfi proved to be a good choice for us and we enjoyed our stay there. You never know quite what to expect even if you have read the reviews before you go. We had no difficulty in finding the hotel and the steps up to the third floor were not an issue for us although I can see that it might be a problem for some. The location is excellent although the area is quite busy but this was not a problem for us. The room and facilities were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

  The ladies are lovely and most welcoming. It is a beautifully maintained facility. The room is artistically decorated and looks lavish. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious and very well done up. Even though we had to leave very early, the owners made breakfast including fresh juice. Recommend to all. I have stayed there with my family (including 2 y.o. baby) and the place met my needs perfectly! however I have seen 2 or 3 couples so I assume that would suffice for romantic weekend as well ;)

  First and foremost, the location was incredible. When we first got there, we spent five minutes finding the place despite being in the supposed location. However, this was solely because we couldn't imagine a place for this price to be on the Piazza de Republica!! The extremely helpful staff (the young woman in particular - embarrassingly, having not remembered her name - was lovely, helpful and made the - Hotel is very centrally located and it is easy to get to all interesting places. The street is busy and sometimes a little noisy (people, not cars) but it does not disturb you that much - you just feel yourself a part of a big tourist crowd:) We stayed in a room for 4 people.
