I stayed in Santa Marina Plaza more than a week at the beginning of September 2013. I liked wonderful view from my terrace (front sea view room) and the beach. Very convinient location - not far from Chania and with many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

The service of throughout this hotel is excellent. Fromt he moement youa rrive until the moment you leave, everyone is friendly and accomodating for all needs. The rooms, pool and restaurant are all very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness)! We would recommend this highly and would glady make a return visit for a longer period

Clean, very friendly staff. We didn't get the bracelet for all inclusive which makes you feel more comfortable, instead the staff is trying to know better their guests having a friendly and relaxed communication with all of them. Quit during the night, so you could sleep well. Good food, tasty food.

This is a really good hotel if you want somewhere to relax for a few days with the possibility of going out to see other interesting places. It is not often that you can say that all the staff are nice and helpful in different ways. We have stayed at Cretan Dream for 5 years in a row and are always welcomed warmly and treated like royalty. Pool is wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is divine. Most pleasing is the staff. We love Cretan Dream.

Excellent service, fully eguipped double room, huge buffet breakfast, very nice surroundings, great location near the town of Chania but not too close to the extremely busy road by the sea. - Excellent location, very nice surrounding area, very friendly andhelpfull staff, very spacious room. One is tempted to stay in the resortcomplex all day.

Gerund door familie, die alle moeite doen om aan je wensen tegemoet te komen. Heerlijk zwembad. Ruim appartement met airco en goede wifi. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Het strand is vlak bij en je zit zo in Chania stad. Al met al ideale plek om tot rust te komen. -

Good service and atmosphere - We simply loved it. Short cab drive (or bus) away from Chania center. The center is magical where you can dine and shop until long after midnight. We are defenately coming back next year. -
Our stay was very good, the owner was the most friendly and client-oriented person we met during our 2weeks trip to Greece. It is only 2 min walk from the beach across the road. The room was big and quiet. The shops are 5-10 min walking. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel in not crowded.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, right across from the harbour, our balcony had sea views and plenty of great beaches nearby as well as good restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable- a good size. Had a TV, fridge, towels. Balcony had a pool and sea view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful- gave us tips on what to see and where to eat in Chania. The location is great as its out of the city centre but a short bus ride. Buses are every 20 minutes until 12pm. Parking on site.
