The manager Stefanos, two sons and a - Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk.   We enjoyed staying in this hotel! Nice rooms, friendly staff. Pretty small kitchen with everything required, but without microwave. Very close to the sea. Admirable sea view, even when you are lying on bed (in Split level apartments) - Very nice rooms with plenty of space for a family. Rethymno is a great town.
