  I don't know what is with all the negative comments,we had a great vacation.people very friendly,cleaning of the room every day,changing towels every 2 days,very good food and diverse,excellent location. - Restaurants, bars, meal selection and quality was perfect for adults and for kids. Bravo!

  The resort has a great location away from town, with a great beach with crystal-clear water. The design is very attractive, with lots of great views, and the housekeeping is immaculate. Staff were very professional and polite. I came back with friends after a great solo visit first time, and it fully lived up to my expectations.   Location right on the beach. Most rooms will have a sea view. Quite Location but 5 mins walk to the main strip of plenty of bars ad restuarants and shops.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

Most relaxing part and fun time of our holiday - It is an excellent resort for a family with the activities and free entry to the waterpark. The rooms are done very nicely and the all inclusive food and drink is above average.
