  The staff was exceptional, anything we needed, including difficult transportation situations, they handled with ease. They were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. For a very low price you get: an extremely friendly and helpful manager, Labros, who creates a great atmosphere; well-equiped and spotlessly clean rooms (with kitchen, aircon, fan, decent hair dryer, tv); linen and towels changed 5 times a week; a very pleasant and relaxing complex with sun terraces and a little ... wat mensen zeggen » pool; a great location just off the main street with all the restaurants and close to the beach.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

  Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy.   Eigenaars waren super vriendelijk. Ze proberen je met alles zo goed mogelijk te helpen ondanks het feit dat ze niet zo heel goed Engels spreken. De bar aan het zwembad was heel erg leuk (goed voor een koud drankje en een snack). De kamer was erg proper en ruim. In het keukentje is echter alleen het uiterst nodige aanwezig (1 pot, 1 pan) maar zelf ... wat mensen zeggen » eten maken was geen probleem. - Heel vriendelijke eigenaars en heel behulpzaam Uitstekend voor iemand die van rust houdt Heel ruime woning met groot balkon (keuken basic maar wat je ook vraagt, eigenaars proberen steeds aan wensen te voldoen)
