  receptionist Anactacia is a perfect helper with a great patience. Always smiling and so friendly. Lobby bar barmen Yani is very friendly and we enjoyed his cocktails with very reasonable prices. Manager of the hotel is also a reasonable guy that we must thank him for helping us in each request.

  The friendly owners at Scala went out of there way to make sure our stay exceeded all our expectations. From the phone call the day before to make sure we knew how to find the property, the welcome drinks in our apartment and the expert advice of things to do during our stay (many of which were not in the guidebook) we felt like we were staying wi... wat mensen zeggen » th good friends instead of hotel owners. The apartment itself was a good size for 4 people and we loved the balcony area overlooking the town, we had - Great atmosphere, beautiful house, sweet garden, very comfortable apartment...   The breakfast was homemade every morning, which beats a buffet any day. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with getting things done locally.   It was wonderful time with family in Kos. So friendly helpfull owners- if you have any question, need recomendation about island, beach, taverna, car rental and etc- they help any time. It were so clean- change every 2 days towels and beds; so nice garden with flowers. For childrens- little sand playground ( maybe some day it have any roof from su... wat mensen zeggen » n :) ) Poppi let us take vegetables from their garden. The breakfast- it was awesome...different cakes- and sweet, and not with olives, feta and etc.. - The Kos Island Studios are immaculately mantained with beautiful gardens. There are 8 apartments and the business is family run. The owners cannot could not do enough for us during our stay. The breakfast is superb with a lot of variety to chose from each morning (bacon / village sausages / even home baked cakes). Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. - A perfect example of the finest Greek hospitality - wine and watermelon on arrival, tips on the best spots to see and eat, day 3 we found a delicious home made dessert in the fridge! Oh and only a 5 minute walk to the beach too. Best value accommodation I've stayed in during 4 months of travelling. - Georges and his wife are wonderful people making anything possible to let as feel comfortable and welcome, spoiling as with fruits and vegetables out of their garden and lovely homemade sweets. A highly recommended place for anybody who is looking for a quite relaxing place. Supermarkets and good restaurants are in walking distance. Only 10 min far with the bike from the best beach on the Island "Lagada Beach" (long sandy beach).
