  The breakfast was homemade every morning, which beats a buffet any day. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with getting things done locally. The rooms were beautiful in a nice old style. We will definitely be returning to this hotel! - great people the hotel is beautifuly made and is really well managed

  The family who owns the hotel is amazing! Friendly, helpful, well informed, offering us more then simply hospitality... Very clean, wide open, luminous spaces inside and outside. Great simply design with lovely details and good taste (we are ourselves architects and it is very important to us). Nice chilling out on the swimming-pool, apero before going out :-) They gave us a great tips for our unfortun - Helpful staff and friendly owners, amazing location/view, some of the best beaches on the island are within walking distance but even if you don't feel like leaving they have an excellent pool with a bar. The design of the rooms is a very pleasant mixture of traditional Dodecanese island and modern architecture and they are very well equipped and clean, with eco-friendly options. Recommended!

  It was wonderful time with family in Kos. So friendly helpfull owners- if you have any question, need recomendation about island, beach, taverna, car rental and etc- they help any time. It were so clean- change every 2 days towels and beds; so nice garden with flowers. The breakfast- it was awesome...different cakes- and sweet, and not with olives, feta and etc.. - The Kos Island Studios are immaculately mantained with beautiful gardens. There are 8 apartments and the business is family run. The owners cannot could not do enough for us during our stay. The breakfast is superb with a lot of variety to chose from each morning (bacon / village sausages / even home baked cakes).   Beautifully designed hotel in peaceful location. Great views of the sea, town and islands. The studio was comfortable and well equipped.   First we must say what a wonderful and happy time we had during our two week stay. Manolis greeted us at the airport and while other visitors were milling about trying to find tour reps, we were collected up and driven off in timely style. On arrival at Albatross, Alex greeted us and showed us to our room. No hard sell, no lengthy reps meeting, ju... wat mensen zeggen » st this is your space, anything you need, simply ask and we will try to help (and he did!) The best parts of Albatross are the people and the pool fo - We stayed for a week in mid July 2013. The Albatross was recommended by friends and it didn't disappoint. The Greek hospitality was fantasic - especially from Alex who was there all hours of the day and night and kept us supplied with food and drinks whenever we asked. We would go back tomorrow - but will have to wait until next year before we can return. Book now - you won't be disappointed!

  We verbleven in appartement 1. Mooi en ruim appartement dat iedere dag gepoetst werd incl iedere dag verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook werd er gezorgd voor drank tegen schappelijke prijzen, deze voorraad werd dagelijks aangevuld. De eigenaars zijn een sympathiek jong koppel, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. - Very friendly, helpful and thoughtful own... wat mensen zeggen » er. The attention to all the luttle details that make a big difference- mosquito blinds; mosquito repellant tablets plus mosquito plug; opaque glass windows between balconies to maximise privacy; supply of mineral water, wine and beer in room at local mini market prices; very clean and well equipped studio; satellite flat- screen TV; quiet, peaceful location; downstairs reception which was always very welcoming, and roof top terrace with lovely views of - Staff is very kind and warm, willing to support you for any need. Rooms are extremely clean and their facilities are ok. You will find some bottles of water and other kind of drink in the room/apt, at a very reasonable price - a nice welcome if you come in the mid of a hot summer. Very very close to anything you may need in Livadia (port, restaurants, bakery, central square and beach) - but the hotel manager will help you bring your luggage to the port in any case!
