  We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach. The Avli Restaurant is lovely if you are looking for a good meal in lovely surroundings. It has a very greek fee

  Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in Patmos. We had a long weekend there and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We were pampered without any pressure from the moment we entered, till the last minute we left. Perfect choice for couples, as well as families.   Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived till end of our stay. The hotel personnel is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are to very high standards. Everything is brain new, made with good taste and of good quality. Restaurant is of high level. Food was great as well as choice of wines. It is deffinitely one of biggest nice surprises we had in recent years. - Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant and bar offers food and drinks of excellent quality (not really expencive). We stayed in two rooms, first in juniour suite, then in superior junior suite (it was present to our honeymoon). Both rooms had private pools and a great view. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

  Well equipped. Breakfast good. Nice Pool. Nice view from our room. It was very windy the days we were there, so we did not go to the beach. But you only needed to cross the road. All family used the gym. Perfect for some days before we went out for island jumping. But it was a place you could very well stay for longer to experience Kos town withou... wat mensen zeggen » t staying in the middle of the noise. - The Staff at this Hotel were exceptional . They were so helpful, friendly , organised & made our stay a much happier & relaxed one as we had a few travel issues. Our Ferry was cancelled two days in a row to Turkey & they just helped with every aspect of our issues.

  The staff was outstanding! The bartender, the restaurant staff, the receptionists, the snack bar staff, the management and owners--all friendly and accomodating. The location is only 30 meters from the beach, although it would have been nice to have a sunbed & umbrella included. Very quiet and a good place to relax by the nice pool. Although i - Staff people is the strongest point. They are really open and charming people, not to mention helpfullness and dedication to their job. Hotel manager, dining room chief with his wonderfull team, bartender of lobby bar and snack bar people made our stay in this hotel as just as perfect. Although hotel is located quite away of any public activities such as historical sites or night life, its position to the beautiful sea with nice beach (just 100 meters away) is perfect.
