She brought my clothes to a laundromat; mailed a rare fruit specimen (legally) to the United States; and when I lost my cellphone, picked it up (after I left Crete) and mailed it home. The facilities at Madonna Studios are excellent, but the real difference is Thomais. - I liked the room which was big and bright, I could easily prepare my own dish as the cooker, coffee maker, kettle were provided or go to the tavern which was just across the street. the landlady was very helpful, kind and she even baked for us traditional cakes with cheese!! we had fresh flowers every day too.I stayed for 3 days and truly enjoyed it.

  The two storey maisonette we stayed in was amazing. Very well furnished and modern equipment. It has everything a family needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Host family was friendly and hospitable to us . It has a very good view of the Libyan Sea and lot of green around the maisonette.   Geweldig appartement. Schitterend uitzicht met een groot balkon. Goede Wifi en LCD tv. Mooie moderne inrichting/keuken/badkamer. Alles was zeer netjes en de eigenaren waren er iedere dag voor het geval je vragen had. Je krijgt een privé parkeerplaats voor de deur! Sitia is heel geschikt om als uitvalsbasis het oostelijke deel van Kreta te verkenne... wat mensen zeggen » n. Stadje zelf is ook aan te raden, leuke boulevard. - Het appartement was zeer mooi en ruim. De ontvangst hartelijk.

  Traditional Village Hospitality at its best! We were planning for a bit of a treat when we booked at Diktyan Villas and we were not to be disappointed. Though the place was a bit tricky to find in this cozy village, once we got to there we discovered the fabulous owners had taken every step to make sure we felt welcome. Moreover, they had even been kind enough to load the freezer with ice - Beautiful accomodation in a fantastic situation .Anatoli means "sunrise" these villas face the south coast and the view out to sea in the morning sunshine is amazing ! Manolis and Maria are friendly and couteous though they do not speak much English. Anatoli is abeautiful village.

  Wonderful stay a the hotel... Our room/appartment (with sea-view) is fine and big enough for 3 people with lots of windows and two balconies! The main sleeping-room is big. Only the bathroom is perhaps a little bit small... but hey! we don't want to live in our rooms, we just want to rest there during the night! So this is not such a big deal as i... wat mensen zeggen » t seems. The hotel is situated at the beginning of the village (1-2 minutes from the center / beach). For us (as trekkers) it was an ideal place: ever - This is the place to stay at Sougia. Big comfortable room, ultra clean is what we needed for a 2 days stay to hike down the gorges. Hotel owner Markos did more than the expected making all arrangements for our hiking trip which is much appreciated and definitely something most people need when going to hike in the surrounding gorges of Samaria and Agia Irini.

  Het personeel is 'super'-vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Het verblijf, zo dicht bij het zwembad en het strand, is fantastisch. Geweldige vakantie gehad. Wij overwegen zeker om terug te gaan. - De eigenaar en personeel benaderde ons zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.

  The boutique hotel was just as we had hoped and better. The restoration of this manor house and stables has been loving carried out by Areti and Harris who are very friendly hosts.   The apartment is clean, well serviced, and the staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The manager, Mr Costas, is a dream! He has high standards and is proud of his team: rightly so. The people in Palekastro are genuine, friendly, and all speak a little English and smile sympathetically at my attempts in Greek.
