  This is the very best hotel! We toured Crete for 11 days and wished we had stayed here for more than 1 night. We plan to return and will definitely book this hotel again because it is in the best location directly across from the port, very easy access to all the attractions in the area, easy parking, best bedding with Coco Mat bedding incredibly ... wat mensen zeggen » comfortable and now buying a bed like they have here. It is worth going to this hotel just for the best nights sleep ever. Everything is great here an - I rarely take the time to write reviews but Megaron was so exceptional that I felt compelled to comment. The service, room, breakfast buffet are extraordinary! It's the first all-female run 5-star hotel I've stayed in from manager, dining maitre d' to porters. Sophia, the reception/concierge + Poppy the porter and service staff + Voula in the dining room go the extra distance to be kind and helpful.   This is a really good hotel if you want somewhere to relax for a few days with the possibility of going out to see other interesting places. It is not often that you can say that all the staff are nice and helpful in different ways. The restaurant team is particularly special and the cleaning staff did some lovely things to make the stay very sp... wat mensen zeggen » ecial for our children. The reception person we dealt with most couldn't have been more helpful. Finally, the infinity pool really lived up to it's - We have stayed at Cretan Dream for 5 years in a row and are always welcomed warmly and treated like royalty. Pool is wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is divine. Most pleasing is the staff. We love Cretan Dream.

  We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. We got a basket of fruits, a bottle of wine & water. The bed was comfortable and the bath... wat mensen zeggen » had jacuzzi in it also. The staff payed attention to a lot of details, it felt like we got a personal treatment. The pool was great, not too cold! Th - Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views. As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival. During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available. Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation. The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

  De gastvrijheid van het personeel, mr Manolis was heel erg behulpzaam.t.p omboekt omdat de zeezicht niet klopte, kregen we de meest luxe kamer ter beschikking. Fles wijn erbij op de kamer.. vlakbij een mooi dorpje ghania, er komen wel veel Scandinaviers, maar dat zijn aardige mensen - Παρά πολύ καλό φαγητό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και στα γλυκά.   The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the swimming facilities are stunning with lots of little terraces built out into the sea. I don't know how busy the hotel was but there were always loungers available. The access to sea swimming was the best thing for us. We ate all our meals in the hotel and they were great.   Great hotel - The room was excellent, the staff very friendly and in general a very enjoyable experience. The Beach could loose some of the chisel but the water was clean and everything else absolutely fine.
