  Klinakis Hotel has one of the best locations of any hotel we stayed in in Greece. It is right on the beach, with no highway between you and the sea. We left our patio door open to the sea breeze and it was the only hotel we didn't need an air conditioner on. The room was large and a throw back to Greek hotels in the sixties and seventies, but who ... wat mensen zeggen » cares? The beach is what this place is all about and the beach is down stone steps off the driveway. The beach is a sandy one with not a deck chair in - The view from our balcony was just amazing - Klinakis Hotel is beautifully located literally right at the seaside, with 2 beaches, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The place itself is nice and clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

  Everything was OK. This hotel is run by a very friendly family and they gave me all the information I needed. The room was simple very clean and very good value for money. The location is not too far to the city or beach. Also I appreciated the silence around the hotel. Breakfast very tasty with local homemade products of Crete. - Friendly, famil... wat mensen zeggen » y owned hotel which was good value and gave us a base to explore Knossos and downtown Heraklion, hotel out of city center but bus service is very good and not expensive.

  Very quiet place with lovely and helpfull staff. The owner of the hotell is one of the kindest persons I have met! We felt us welcome as soon as we arrived to the hotel. Perfect place to stay when travelling with kids.
