The stone-built St George’s House enjoys an idyllic location right above 2 beaches, in Xinovrisi of Pelion. Set amidst vine yards and lush greenery, the recently constructed hotel offers rustic rooms with amazing views of the Aegean Sea. In harmony with its surroundings, the rooms have terracotta tiled floors and pristine white walls. Each is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a cooker. Ample parking space is available under the shade of the trees. Tables and chairs, as well as sun beds that look to the sea are spread around the garden. Guests can relax by the large communal veranda and enjoy panoramic views of the Aegean.

We enjoyed a fabulous few days here in June 2014 and extended our stay. This is a very peaceful location that is well run and well maintained. The welcome and hospitality was exceptional. Having the beaches so handy was a bonus for the area and the owners could not do more for us. Highly recommended for a relaxing break to feed the soul. Very little that could be easily changed. The access road is tricky and the remote location means a drive to eat out. The catering facilities within the suite are basic.
